MEET THE PRESIDENT

John Lee is an executive leader in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, lifting, rigging, and supply chain management. He brings 25 years of leadership experience, and enjoys teaching lean fundamental (operational) processes.

He is a c-suite leader and is currently a third year Ph.D. student in the Organizational Leadership program, Department of Leadership Studies at Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). John earned his B.S. in Labor Studies from Indiana University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Master of Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

John is certified in Lean Systems by the University of Kentucky. He also mentors entrepreneurial leaders with start-up businesses by providing process assessments and ethics coaching to prepare people leaders and business leaders for domestic and global systems readiness.

John is developing an internship program for the next generation of vocational students to develop critical fabrication and welding skills .  Stay tuned for updates.
